The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and never disappointing, with a wide variety of options and with tea and coffee. I don’t drink coffee, but my partner really enjoyed it. Even when we came close to closing time, there was always enough food, and if something like an omelette was missing, they happily made it on request. You can also leave your belongings after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is right in the historical center. Places like Hagia Sophia and Topkapi are very close, even within walking distance. Public transport is easily accessible. Despite being so central, it’s a very quiet and peaceful spot with a charming small square nearby. The room was cozy and neat, with cleaning done daily. It felt very clean and well-maintained, with no visible issues at all. The little balcony was a lovely touch, and the sea view is perfect. Quite a minor thing, but I really liked the design of the keys to the room

Loved the area, close to all the main attractions. The hotel was cosy and the guys on reception were really helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, we even had to ask housekeeping not to keep folding and putting clothes away they were so thorough. Great shower and a sweet little balcony with gorgeous views into the park below and across to the Bosphorus. Double bed was very comfortable. The first night the pillows were too hard but this was resolved quickly when we asked for soft pillows. Breakfast was incredible. So many choices, and the views from the terrace were fantastic.

A very atmospheric hotel with beautiful design and an absolutely incredible view of the sea. The staff was super kind and always ready to help. Beds are very comfortable, it's also super warm in the winter - you will not get cold. The hotel has an amazing terrace with a stunning view. It’s a wonderful place to have breakfast and also enjoy a cup of tea in the evening – it's quiet and peaceful there. The breakfasts are varied, and there’s always something to choose from. The team responsible for the kitchen and room cleaning is just fantastic! Huge thanks to all the staff – I’ll be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

the staff was always willing to answer any questions. the breakfast was very good taking into account the cost of the room. The lady at the breakfast was always there willing to serve and sort out any problem. She even made new omellete after breakfast time.

Located in a very cute neighbourhood, close enough to all the touristic sites (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar etc) yet in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. We had access to nice restaurants near our location and there is a nice park right in front of the hotel. The staff was very kind, receptionist always there to greet us and helped with any questions we had. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was really good, with many choices and with a great view too. We really felt very welcomed in this place, thank you!

Absolutely everything was perfect. A few hours after arrival our room was upgraded to the bigger one without any additional cost - absolutely unheard of in other hotels elsewhere. The room was extremely clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and absolutely amazing breakfasts with a big variety of food to choose from. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful - we felt as a member of their extended family since stepping into that fantastic hotel. Majority of bigger and much more expensive hotels should learn from that little gem how to provide such as excellent service. The location is very handy because all major attractions are within 10 minutes walk. I'll recommend that hotel to absolutely everybody coming to Istanbul.

location was very good and quiet stuff very friendly and helpful Also, the place was very clean nice bathroom, with lots of hot water and the room had nice heaters and not heat through AC, which is good cause the air didn't become dry

Great location, amazing service, balcony views face the park directly, breathtaking views. Decor and vibes are impeccable but the greatest thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is just phenomenal. We looked forward to the breakfast every single morning we stayed here, the variety of curious dishes and homemade jams and other traditional things were just mind bogging. Straight up feast for the palate. Kudos to the ablacim who manages the rooftop dining area!

This was probably one of my best stays for my recent trip. The location was great. You could walk everywhere. The staff was so nice. I love hanging out at the top terrace rrading my book, having coffee and enjoying the amazing view. Also, Zahide was my favorite person, she is an angel who made us incredible breakfast everyday. I would go back here with no hesitation.

When looking for accommodation in Istanbul, we decided between accommodation near the main sights or within easy reach of the center. We chose a good accommodation in this hotel. The hotel is not about luxury, but about a friendly atmosphere with a touch of oriental interior, good breakfast, cleanliness of room, comfortable sleep. We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the patio, where it was quiet at night. As a bonus after returning from exploring the city, it was possible to make coffe and tea and enjoy it on the terrace with a view of the Sea of Marmara. I also want to thank the gentlemen at the reception for providing information, arranging trips and telephone communication with the airport.
